Q: What are the opening times of the show?
A: On Saturday the doors open at 10am and close at 5pm. On Sunday the opening times are 10am to 4pm. The awards ceremony usually takes place around 3pm.

Q: What are the prices of show tickets?
A: If you are going to buy your tickets on the day you will be paying £15.00 for a 1 day Adult ticket and £4.25 for a child or OAP ticket. Tickets are cheaper if you buy in advance and weekend tickets are only available if you buy in advance too. They are not available on the gate. Q: When buying tickets I can only select UK as a country but I live overseas. What shall I do?
A: At present our shop doesn’t support overseas buyers. However, you are all more than welcome to buy tickets. The way around this (for now) is to put your country in the “County” box and select UK as your country. We will see this and send it to the right place. If you’ve already used the county box, simply pop your country in there too.

Q: What are the upper age limits to tickets?
A: Anyone 16 or over is regarded an adult and must purchase an Adult ticket. Children aged 6 to 15 can be buy a child ticket. Children under 6 years old go free. To qualify for an OAP ticket you need to be 60 years and over.

Q: How many people can enter the show with a family ticket?
A: A family ticket will allow 2 Adults and 3 children admission to the show. Please note that family weekend tickets and family day tickets are only available in advance via the VolksWorld Shop.

Q: Will I be sent a ticket for the show or can I expect an e-ticket?
A: Once you’ve bought your ticket you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. Following this a wrist-band(s) will be sent out to you.

Q: Does the camping ticket cover show admission?
A: No! You need to buy an advance weekend adult, weekend family or weekend OAP ticket in addition to the camping ticket, in order to enter the showground. Camping tickets give you access to the camping area only and will not permit you access to the show itself.

Q: Will I be sent a separate ticket if I am camping?
A: Along with your wrist-band (which gives you access to the show) you will receive a hanging ticket for your vehicle that will allow you access to the camping area only.

Q: Once I have purchased a ticket can I cancel and receive a refund?
A: No. We do not offer refunds for this show. If you e-mail adrian_vaughan@ipcmedia.com with your reason for cancelling we may under certain circumstances issue you with a refund.

Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: No. Dogs or any other pets are not allowed on the grounds of Sandown Park. Guide dogs are permitted but please be aware that it is very busy and may cause distress to the animal.
